Woodlawn 2023 Three Wishes Chardonnay
Sourced from a remarkable north-facing vineyard near Hillwood on the eastern banks of the Tamar River, this Chardonnay captures both power and restraint. Warm conditions tempered by river influence create fruit with concentration, tension and beautiful natural balance.
Picked in multiple passes to build complexity, the fruit was whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in French and Austrian puncheons before resting on full lees for over a year. The result is layered and expressive, balancing nervous energy with creamy texture.
White peach, citrus curd and grilled nectarine unfold alongside hints of struck flint, oatmeal and subtle spice. Textural and refined, with a long mineral finish that lingers beautifully.
Milton 2022 Laura Sparkling Rosé
Delicate in colour yet bursting with personality, Laura Sparkling Rosé is made for celebrations, long lunches and spontaneous catch-ups.
Predominantly Pinot Noir, supported by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this sparkling delivers vibrant strawberry and cherry fruit wrapped in a fine, crisp mousse. Dry in style with a refreshing finish, it balances freshness with subtle creaminess and elegance.
Bright, playful and wonderfully easy to enjoy, this is sparkling rosé done beautifully.
Laurel Bank 2023 Pinot Noir
A low-yielding vintage has produced a Pinot Noir of concentration, savoury depth and impressive structure. This is a wine that speaks quietly at first, then lingers long after the glass is empty.
Spiced plum, black cherry and aromatic florals lead the nose before unfolding into layers of forest floor, black tea and earthy beetroot complexity. Dense dark fruit sits beneath savoury characters, supported by firm, fine tannins and balanced acidity.
There’s generosity here, but also elegance and tension. A Pinot Noir built to cellar beautifully, though already deeply rewarding now.
