Deep, dark, ruby in colour with aromas of plump red cherry, wild blackberries, boysenberries and earthy forest floor.  Intense and packed with flavour the palate displays chocolate, almond, vanilla bean and sweet red fruits. Fine, elegant with chalky tannins.

STEFANO LUBIANA 2022 Estate Chardonnay

Classic, old world style. Light golden straw in colour, with floral notes combined with custard apple, pineapple and citrus aromas.  Each mouthful is textured with rich layers of cream, toasted nuts and meal.  The tannins are elegant.  They drive and focus the length of this wine together with the fruit acidity, without overpowering.

SPRING VALE 2023 Pinot Gris

Enticing pear, citrus and floral aromas with an intriguing roasted hazelnut bouquet. The palate is beautifully textured from time on lees in barrel and is layered with fruit characters and nougat. Persistent fine tannins and phenolics give lovely length.
