Atom 2025 Pinot Gris

Bear & Bird 2025 Riesling
Bright and vibrant, this Riesling captures the purity of cool-climate fruit. Aromas of lime blossom, lemon zest and green apple rise from the glass. The palate is crisp and focused, driven by lively acidity and intense citrus flavours. A subtle mineral edge adds structure and length, finishing clean and refreshing. This expressive Riesling is wonderfully food-friendly and pairs beautifully with seafood, spicy dishes and fresh summer cuisine.
Moore’s Hill Sparkling
Bright, lively and refreshing, this sparkling wine showcases crisp Tasmanian fruit. Aromas of green apple, citrus blossom and white peach are complemented by subtle brioche notes. Fine bubbles create a vibrant palate, with citrus and orchard fruit flavours balanced by lively acidity. The finish is clean and uplifting, making it an ideal aperitif or celebratory wine.
Highclare 2024 ROC BLOC Blanc de Blanc
A refined Blanc de Blanc that highlights Chardonnay’s elegance in Tasmania’s cool climate. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers lead into subtle pastry notes. The palate is lively with fine bubbles and bright citrus flavours supported by crisp acidity. Fresh, mineral and beautifully balanced, it finishes long and precise.
Atom 2024 Pinot Noir
Vibrant and expressive, this Pinot Noir highlights bright Tasmanian fruit. Aromas of cherry, raspberry and subtle spice lead into a silky palate with fine tannins and lively acidity. Light to medium-bodied, the wine balances freshness with gentle savoury complexity. Red berry flavours flow through to a clean, lingering finish, making it both elegant and highly drinkable. Utzinger 2024 Syrah
This cool-climate Syrah combines structure with vibrant fruit expression. Aromas of blackberry, plum and violet are layered with cracked pepper and gentle spice. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and bright acidity supporting dark fruit flavours and savoury undertones. Elegant yet expressive, the wine finishes long and balanced.
