Glaetzer-Dixon Mon Père Shiraz 2022
Nick Glaetzer named Mon Père, meaning “my father”, for Colin Glaetzer, a Barossa shiraz legend. This is proof cool-climate shiraz can be serious: elegant, savoury and spiced. Full bodied with subtle white pepper spice & delicious white prosciutto, fennel and black olive aromas.
Dr Edge ‘Tasmania’ Pinot Noir 2024
Bright cherry, forest berry and a touch of nutmeg spice, with a savoury, earthy edge underneath. Firm, fine tannins carry it through to a long, poised finish. Made with a light touch and real precision, this is Tasmanian pinot with genuine age-worthiness.
Broad Acres Pinot Noir 2025
The aromas are fresh and bright, red berries, cherry and a touch of spice. The palate is soft and approachable, with gentle tannins and an easy, juicy finish. Broad Acres Pinot Noir has picked up medals at the Sydney Royal Wine Show in recent vintages, a sign of a vineyard hitting its stride.
