SINAPIUS 2023 Vaughn’s Jardin Gamay
A special wine that pays tribute to the late Vaughn Dell who planted this Gamay on the property at 11,111 vines per hectare in 2015. 100% destemmed, whole berry natural ferment, pressed after 14 days on skins, matured in old French oak barriques, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Medium red/purple in colour, some smoked, charcuterie notes mingled with red and blue fruits. Velvety, soft tannins layered with minerally acidity, a wine with great depth and texture.
Delamere 2022 Flyleaf Pinot Noir
Flyleaf is a label within the Delamere brand dedicated to celebrating hand-picked fruit sourced from quality vineyards. 30% whole bunch with a wild yeast ferment, made in french barriques, the result is an elegance drop with ripe cherry and strawberry fruit notes, subtle earthiness, followed by toasted sweet spice.
STEFANO LUBIANA 2021 Chicane
Comprising 60% Merlot, 40% Malbec, this Chicane blend goes perfectly with food. A fuller, firmer, savoury red, this wine has plenty of poise. Expresses plum pudding, stewed fruits and lifted spice on the nose, while rhubarb and strawberries are evident on the palate with lean, yet fine tannins to provide a long and generous mouth feel.
