Zymo Riesling 2024
This Riesling is everything you want from cool-climate Tasmania: taut, dry and zesty, with green apple and lime and a long, racy finish.
Aunt Alice Ocean Chardonnay 2025
Ocean Chardonnay is a blend of Coal River and Derwent Valley fruit, whole bunch pressed straight to French oak and left to wild ferment. The aromas are fresh stone fruit, nectarine and lemon zest. The palate is textured and creamy, with partial malolactic fermentation adding complexity and length.
Freycinet Sauvignon Blanc 2024
This sauvignon blanc is vibrant: gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus, with a creamy mid-palate from partial oak fermentation. Not grassy, not shy. A generous, well-made white from one of Tasmania’s original wine families
