Woodlawn 2023 Three Wishes Chardonnay
Sourced from a remarkable north-facing vineyard near Hillwood on the eastern banks of the Tamar River, this Chardonnay captures both power and restraint. Warm conditions tempered by river influence create fruit with concentration, tension and beautiful natural balance.
Picked in multiple passes to build complexity, the fruit was whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in French and Austrian puncheons before resting on full lees for over a year. The result is layered and expressive, balancing nervous energy with creamy texture.
White peach, citrus curd and grilled nectarine unfold alongside hints of struck flint, oatmeal and subtle spice. Textural and refined, with a long mineral finish that lingers beautifully.
Wellington & Wolfe 2024 Riesling
Bright, energetic and unmistakably Tasmanian. This dry-style Riesling leaps from the glass with lifted floral aromatics, fresh lime zest and delicate white blossom.
The palate is tightly wound yet beautifully textured, balancing tart stone fruits with a precise acid line that drives through the wine with clarity and length. Minimal sulphur and an unfined, vegan-friendly approach allow the purity of fruit and vineyard expression to remain front and centre.
Crisp. Powerful. Seriously refreshing. A Riesling that delivers intensity without losing elegance.
Evenfall 2024 Rosé
Summer in a glass and just as enjoyable when the weather cools. Crafted from Pinot Noir with a touch of Syrah, this rosé delivers bright fruit, texture and elegance in equal measure.
Juicy raspberries and wild strawberries burst forward, softened by delicate rose petal florals and a creamy, silky palate. The Syrah brings subtle structure and length, creating a wine that feels fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced.
Crisp on the finish yet softly textured throughout, this is the kind of rosé that disappears far too quickly.
