Iron Pot Bay 2017 Sparkling (Homeward Bound)

A beautifully mature Tasmanian sparkling that shows the rewards of time in bottle. Aromas of baked apple, lemon curd and toasted brioche unfold with gentle complexity, supported by subtle almond and honeyed notes. The palate is finely textured, with a delicate, persistent bead carrying flavours of citrus, orchard fruit and pastry. Age has added depth and softness while bright acidity maintains freshness and balance. The finish is long, creamy and elegant, offering a refined expression of traditional method sparkling wine. A sophisticated wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, soft cheeses or celebratory occasions.

Moore’s Hill Sparkling

Fresh, lively and elegant, this sparkling wine captures the purity of Tasmanian cool-climate fruit. Aromas of green apple, citrus blossom and white peach rise from the glass, supported by subtle brioche notes from time on lees. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with fine bubbles carrying bright citrus and orchard fruit flavours across a balanced, finely structured frame. A gentle creaminess adds texture and length, while vibrant acidity keeps the wine energetic and precise. Highclare 2024 ROC BLOC Blanc de Blanc

A vibrant Blanc de Blanc that celebrates the precision and elegance of Chardonnay grown in Tasmania’s cool climate. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers lead into subtle hints of pastry and almond. Fine, persistent bubbles create a lively palate where bright citrus and stone fruit flavours shine. Crisp acidity gives the wine structure and energy, while delicate lees ageing contributes gentle texture and complexity.
