IRON POT BAY 2018 “The Pearl” Blanc de Noir

From a family vineyard planted in 1988 on the banks of the Tamar River at Rowella, this Blanc de Noir is the result of patience and craft. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, 'The Pearl' is soft and elegant with green apple and fresh citrus on the nose, and a honeyed vanilla creaminess that builds through the finish. It won gold at the 2022 Tasmanian Wine Show. Julieanne and Ashli make everything by hand. It shows.

BELLEBONNE NV Bis Rosé

'Bis' is French for 'the space in-between' — the intersection of vintage and vision that defines this non-vintage rosé. Made entirely from Pipers River Pinot Noir and crafted in the traditional method with up to two years on lees, this is sparkling rosé of uncommon depth and refinement.

The aromas are a melody of strawberry, Turkish delight and rose petal. The palate is elegant and long with textures of fresh cream, brioche and delicate fruit — blood orange and wild strawberry woven through a creamy, honeyed richness that carries to a clean, lingering finish.

MOORES HILL NV Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Moores Hill sits on a northeast-facing hillside 120 metres above the Tamar Valley — 5km from the Tamar River, 30km from Bass Strait, and one of the coolest elevated sites on the West Tamar. Since 2017 it's been Tasmania's first 100% solar-powered winery, with every bottle made on site. This NV traditional method sparkling blends Chardonnay with Pinot Noir from the estate's own hand-tended vines. Crisp citrus and spicy berry notes on the nose, with the Pinot adding warmth and red fruit character alongside the Chardonnay's freshness. The palate is bright and approachable with clean acidity, fine bubbles and a gentle toasty finish.
