SMALL WONDER 2021 Blanc de Blancs

The first release of it’s kind. 100% chardonnay. Delights with a bright acidity and refreshingly citrus zest. Hints of green apple and pear mingle with subtle minerality, among undertones of delicate brioche. The bubbles are lively and persistent.

STEFANO LUBIANA 2017 Brut Rosé

100% Pinot Noir with a delicate salmon hue. There’s just the right amount of fruit and sweetness to entice but then a lovely dry finish to refresh the palate. It is rich, yet delicate, and impresses with its refined, hedonistic aromas and explosive, layered personalities. Sweet floral notes, chamomile, spices and citrus resonate, with plenty of class and poise.

SINAPIUS NV Blanc de Noirs

White (wine) from black (grapes). Made from 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier. With a light straw hue, it has aromas of strawberry danish set against rich yellow Mirabelle plums and fine mixed spice. Mineral infused red fruits and finely structured tannins, this wine has a beautiful fine mousse, chalky minerality and refreshing acidity on the finish.
