BELLEBONNE Non-Vintage Bis Blanc - recently released!

Sister to the stellar Bis Rosé (see below!), this first release NV Blanc de Blancs is superbly delicate as white flowers blend effortlessly with lemon curd, toasty shortbread and white nectarine. The palate is elegance defined, with a long finish of fresh cream and preserved lemon.

Bellebonne Non-Vintage Bis Rosé

'Bis' is French for 'the space in-between', which encapsulates the process and inspiration it took to make this exquisite non-vintage rosé. The aromas are a melody of strawberry, Turkish delight and rose petal. The palate is elegant and long with textures of fresh cream, brioche and delicate fruit.

Pale salmon hue, the bouquet is very complex, the palate even more so, with spiced strawberry fruits, a creamy brioche and soft lemon curd acidity on the long finish. 53 % chardonnay, 40% pinot noir 7% pinot meunier. 45 months on lees.
