WESTELLA 2021 Blanc de Noir

Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir, this Blanc de Noir is a refined expression of Tasmania’s cool-climate elegance. Pale gold with subtle copper hues, it opens with aromas of red apple, wild strawberry and citrus peel, layered with gentle brioche notes from time on lees. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, driven by bright natural acidity and a persistent, delicate bead. Red fruit flavours are balanced by savoury undertones and a subtle chalky minerality, adding depth and poise. MILTON 2022 Laura Sparkling Rosé

This vibrant sparkling rosé captures the freshness and energy of Tasmanian fruit. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon lift from the glass, complemented by soft floral notes and citrus zest. Fine bubbles carry bright red berry flavours across a crisp, dry palate, supported by refreshing acidity.
