DR EDGE Pinot Noir
A meticulous blend of Derwent Valley (60%) and Tamar Valley (40%) fruit, crafted from 13 different parcels. Fermented using the Pied de Cuve method and aged in seasoned oak and concrete, it showcases vibrant red fruit, fine tannins, and a fresh, textured palate - a true reflection of Tasmania’s diverse terroir.
QUIET MUTINY Riesling

INVERCARRON Rosé
