Each mouthful is textured with rich layers of cream, toasted nuts and meal. The tannins are elegant. They drive and focus the length of this wine together with the fruit acidity, without overpowering.
DELAMERE 2022 Estate Chardonnay
Opens with pristine citrus, floral and stone fruit notes. Delicate shades of vanilla, almond and crème brûlée. Beautifully balances its taut acidity and judicious use of oak and the savoury lees influence to create a complex and interesting wine that will age gracefully.
HOLM OAK 2023 Chardonnay
Refined and elegant cool-climate chardonnay. The nose displays aromas of citrus fruit, apricot kernel and white peach with spicy integrated oak, whilst the palate is fine and minerally. Pairs beautifully with pork or baked haloumi.
